The development integrates both duplex and rowhouse typologies within a unified architectural framework, offering a variety of housing options tailored to different family sizes, lifestyles, and investment objectives. While each unit is compact and economically planned, the overall design emphasizes comfort, privacy, and a strong sense of identity—demonstrating that practical housing solutions need not compromise architectural quality.
A defining characteristic of the project is its contemporary design language, expressed through clean geometric forms, carefully proportioned masses, and a balanced palette of materials that combine textured stone accents, expansive glazing, and modern roof profiles. Repetition is used strategically to establish visual harmony across the development, while subtle variations in façade treatment provide individuality and character to each unit.
