Conceived as a vertical mixed-use development, the Alcema Commercial–Condotel presents a refined integration of commercial, residential, and hospitality functions within a compact urban footprint. Rising ten storeys with a roof deck, the project is thoughtfully programmed to maximize both functionality and long-term value.

The lower levels are dedicated to parking, ensuring convenience and accessibility, while a series of office floors are tailored to meet specific corporate requirements, reflecting a responsive and client-driven design approach. At street level, rentable commercial spaces activate the frontage, contributing to the vibrancy of the surrounding urban fabric. Above, the development transitions into residential living, with condominium-dormitory units designed for comfort, efficiency, and adaptability to a range of occupants.

The uppermost levels (for future development) are envisioned as exclusive penthouse residences, complemented by a promenade deck that offers an elevated communal experience with expansive views of the city’s mountainous landscape.
